Terms of Service

1. The service
Next 2 Play offers individual, duo and group football training in Barcelona, delivered by Jeremy and Zoltan. By booking a session or using the platform you accept these terms.
2. Bookings and payments
Sessions are requested through the website or WhatsApp and are confirmed when the coach accepts them. Payment is in cash or via Bizum, per session or per package, at the published prices. Packages are personal and non-transferable. If you can't make a session, tell us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can reschedule it.
3. Health and safety
Sports training carries inherent physical risk. The player (or their guardian) confirms the player is fit to practice sport and agrees to inform us of any relevant injury, allergy or medical condition, and of any later changes. Coaches adapt sessions to the information provided, but Next 2 Play does not give medical advice. For any health concern, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Image rights
Use of images or video of the player in Next 2 Play content is governed exclusively by the signed image rights form. Without that consent, we do not publish recognizable images of the player.
5. Platform accounts
Player accounts are created by the coach. Credentials are personal: don't share them. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse of the platform.
6. Liability
Next 2 Play is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or negligence as provided by law. We are not liable for injuries arising from ordinary sporting risk, or from relevant health information that was not shared with us.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
