How we build every plan, step by step.

The plan is not a fixed program. It adapts to the player, but always follows the same structure.

  1. 1. Initial assessment

    Session 1

    Diagnose the player's current level: technique, fitness, game reading, mindset. Conversation with the player and parents about goals.

  2. 2. Foundations

    Weeks 1 to 4

    Reinforce the basics: control, passing, dribbling, body orientation. Build confidence on the ball.

  3. 3. Game application

    Weeks 5 to 8

    Take the technical work into game situations: 1v1, 2v2, position-specific scenarios.

  4. 4. Specialization

    Weeks 9 onward

    Focus on what the player wants to improve: finishing, off-ball movement, defense, on-pitch leadership.

  5. 5. Monthly check-in

    Every 4 weeks

    Meeting with the parents and player to review progress, adjust goals, and plan the next block.
